REGULAR WEEKLY MAINTENANCE

 

Weekly maintenance is necessary to ensure proper water quality and equipment performance. Our professional staff have experience with commercial facilities, hotels, strata properties, personal residences, vacation homes and tourism accommodation properties that require specific maintenance programs and safety requirements by the Department of Environmental Health (DEH).

Our regular weekly service includes:

 

• Empty skimmer basket(s) 

• Net/skim water surface 

• Brush walls, steps, seats and tile line 

• Vacuum/Brush pool bottom 

• Chemical test and balance – Chlorine, pH and Total alkalinity 

• Monthly chemical checks – Salt, CYA and TDS 

• Empty pump baskets 

• Full Equipment check 

• Saltwater pools - inspect cell operation and add salt ass needed 

• Complete service log
