Pool Inspections / DEH Compliance for Tourism Accommodation Properties 

  

We conduct a Free, comprehensive pool and spa inspection prior to the initiation of all regular maintenance contracts.  We will also periodically conduct inspections on the property to advise on any underlying issues which may need addressing.  A complete report is provided to you with necessary repairs and recommended upgrades.

These properties have specific requirements to comply with the Tourism Board & DEH regulations.  At Oasis Pool and Spa, we are well versed in these requirements and specific inspections are conducted to make sure your property is approved for rentals.
